Participants will be asked to complete a 20-30 minute online questionnaire, undertake a brief self-help activity and then complete a final 15-20 minute questionnaire.
Participants will be asked to provide demographic information and complete questions related to aspects of their personality, as well nominating an informant to rate them on 25 characteristics on which they will also be asked to rate themself.

Participants will be required to answer questions about themself, watch a short video and then answer questions about the video and their responses to it.
