It was interesting to find our how the bridge was built and the people behind it. Kathryn answered loads of questions from our large group and was happy and cheerful and very informative. I booked this tour for three couples to tour the Brooklyn Bridge for Monday 6/26.To start off we had a magnificent day weather-wise perfect touring weather- We arrived at our meeting place at Tweed Courthouse and met up with Sean our tour guide- Very close to where our hotel was. Right from the start Sean was engaging and extremely knowledgeable about all things Brooklyn as he is a native. It was very obvious that he loved his subject matter.
BBC local radio commissioned the survey for Palm Sunday, measuring the responses of the "General Public," "All Christians," and "Active Christians," which refers to Christians who attend religious services at least once per month.
Our guide was great he gave us a great history lesson on how and who was involved in building this awesome bridge.
He also knew alot of the history of how DUMBO became such a hot area of Brooklyn.
We all would highly recommend this tour and would love to take any other tour that Sean is involved with. Her passion for the bridge's history was unquestionable.
Definitely went home with a huge appreciation of the history, struggle and accomplishment of the people behind this structure.
